image My name is Lars Tjernagel and I have been involved with photography for most of my life. However, early on, my experience with photography was nothing more then taking family photos. It was not until the last 5 years that I have started to seriously pursue photography and the art of photography with much more passion.

So what is photography and why do I enjoy it so much? Photography is an art of capturing a moment in time and recording that moment to either film or digital media. How we capture that moment gives the photo expression as well as meaning to the art of the photo. It is this pursuit of capturing a moment and expressing how it makes me feel that I find so rewarding!
